The most reliable Lcd - TVs are named

Results of the annual report on reliability of devices of the household electronics, published on site Consumer Reports, show, that liquid crystal and plasma TVs it is much more reliable, than projective. On the average the quantity of breakages at TVs Panasonic does not exceed 2 %.

Among manufacturers of Lcd - TVs at Dell which recently has stopped manufacture of such TVs, and Hitachi the worst parameters on reliability. The highest ratings have received Sony, Samsung, Toshiba and JVC. As to plasma TVs the most unreliable TVs makes Philips, and the maximum ratings have received Panasonic, Pioneer and Samsung. Though the most part of breakages is eliminated free-of-charge within the framework of the guarantees given by manufacturers, on the average, of an expense, connected with repair of each unit of Lcd and plasma TVs, make 264 and 395 dollars accordingly.

Among manufacturers of projective TVs, the worst reputation at Toshiba and RCA. The quantity of the breakages demanding repair, makes 18 %. On the average consumers spend up to 300 dollars for repair of projective TVs in one year. According to the report, in 2007 of the price for TVs of high clearness (HD) have decreased on 30 % in comparison with the last year. The prices for some models of plasma TVs with the 42-inch screen were lowered below a mark of 1000 dollars, and some models with the size of the screen in 50 inches can be bought for 1500 dollars. TVs with flat panels borrow the first line among New Year's and christmas gifts, them follow noutbooks on platform Windows and digital chambers.
